Thank you again for your interest in AM Management, Inc. We are proud to provide quality housing to the Iowa City and surrounding areas for over 20 years. Currently, our Iowa operations employs 20 people delivering superior quality service in three areas: Property Management, Real Estate Development, and Construction Management.

Property Management
We offer professional property management services, with a focus on keeping our properties in a "like-new" condition. Many of our properties are less than five years old and offer nice amenities in addition to providing a safe and secure environment. We offer a wide variety of rental types, from efficiency size one bedrooms to large 3 bedrooms to upscale manufactured homes, to name just a few.

Real Estate Development
Saddlebrook, a 420-acre planned residential community, broke ground in the mid-1990’s and boasts many amenities that are unique. There is a 4,000 square foot clubhouse with a fitness center, media room, and great room for residents to enjoy in addition to walking trails, fishing ponds, and a playground area for children. There are social activities offered throughout the year that everyone enjoys. Saddlebrook offers a wide variety of housing types, including condominiums, luxury apartments, townhomes, duplex-style condos and single family homes.

Within the past couple of years, we have seen tremendous growth in new real estate development. We currently have active developments in Iowa City, Cedar Rapids, Clinton, Muscatine, North Liberty, and Ottumwa. We develop homes and communities in convenient areas and are able to meet the needs of almost everyone, due to the diversity of products we have to offer. This growth can be attributed to the vision of our employees who believe in offering a high quality product at a fair price.

In 2005, we began to actively develop commercial projects. Currently, we have attractive commercial developments in Iowa City, Cedar Rapids, and North Liberty.

Construction Management
Regal Construction Services, Inc was established in 2003 to provide full service construction management services. Regal Construction’s owners have over 25 years of experience in the construction business. Regal Construction has experience in constructing quality single-family homes, multi-family projects, large scale condominium projects, commercial buildings, and assisted living facilities to name a few.
