AM Management, Inc. Ohio Development and Operations began in the early to mid-1980;s when Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio sought a private developer to help them expand their campus housing program.
The Woods community includes 9 student residence halls. The Village community houses upperclassmen and student families. College Park buildings are single student apartment buildings. The Honors residence hall includes four wings which feature retail space for a variety of student-oriented services. Altogether, nearly 2,500 Wright State students live in buildings developed by AM Management.
In 1998, AM Management began development of the first Ohio apartment community, Charter Woods. This community includes 1 and 2 bedroom units. Deer Creek of Xenia includes 1, 2, and 3 bedroom units.
