About Us:

AM Management, Inc. – Ohio Development and Operations actually began in the early to mid-1980s when Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio sought a private developer to help them expand their campus housing program. Years later, AM Management began developing Market Rate Housing in Ohio.
Student Housing

In the mid-1980s, AMM-Ohio and Wright State forged a "partnership" that has grown significantly and continues into the 21st Century. Here’s how we’ve grown:
1985-1992 Gradual build out of 9 student residence halls known as The Woods community

1993-1994 Development of The Village community for upperclassmen and student families

1994-2000 Acquisition of the first two College Park single student apartment buildings and the addition of six more College Park-style buildings

2001-2002 Development of our large, four wing Honors residence hall, which features retail space for a variety of student-oriented services

Beginning in Fall 2005, we will open four more College Park-style buildings to meet the growing demand for single student apartment housing. Altogether, nearly 2,500 Wright State students live in buildings developed by AM Management.

Market Rate Housing
In 1998 , AM Management began development of its first Ohio "Class A" apartment community, Charter Woods. A welcome addition to housing offered to citizens of Fairborn and the surrounding area, Charter Woods has grown over 6 development phases to 307 units in Efficiency, 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom units. They also offer optional enclosed garages and many other amenities.

In 2004, AM Management began construction on its latest apartment community, Deer Creek of Xenia. Deer Creek will also be developed in 6 phases, and when complete will have 312 units in 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom and 3 bedroom accommodations.
