Real Estate Development

For over 20 years, AM Management has developed real estate in the Iowa City area. We specialize in several types of development ranging form single-family homes to large-scale student housing complexes.

Currently, our Iowa operations focus on four communities located in Southeastern Iowa. These communities include: Iowa City, North Liberty, Cedar Rapids, and Muscatine.

We pride ourselves on our visions of making each community a little more diverse…in Iowa City, there is the Saddlebrook development. In North Liberty, our Windsor Farms development is the closest single-family development to a new elementary school. In Muscatine, some residents are excited about something new and different coming to their town. We are a developer that thinks big-and then makes it happen.

We plan, develop and build in convenient areas in the Iowa City, Cedar Rapids, and Muscatine area. Currently, we have a total of 12 different projects. In Iowa City, we are actively developing six projects that include: Triple Crown Condominiums, Clubhouse Condominiums, Belmont Townhomes, The Paddock, The Preserve, and The Meadows, which are all a part of the Saddlebrook development. In North Liberty, we are working on three areas that include: Windsor Farms, Penn Heights, and Copeland Townhomes. In Muscatine, we broke ground in 2003 on Cottonwood Apartments and Oak Grove Condominiums. In 2004, we acquired Colton Circle Condominiums and are looking forward to completing the project over a period of a couple of years. In 2005, we also began developing commercial buildings in Cedar Rapids. We are able to meet the needs of almost everyone due to the diversity of products we have to offer.
